Frequently people see me buzzing about looking busier than the average bumble bee. Keeping busy is easy for me, it's the sitting and relaxing part that's hard. So, in order to feel better about my Netflix binge-watching, Stephen King novel reading, or just plain old lounging around, I take the time to plan and prepare healthy meals and make time to exercise. There are so many different exercise programs that all do a great job of their own promotion, so I'm just here to help with clean, healthy eating! After all, you are what you eat!
