A Hearty Winter Dinner

One of the easiest ways you can save money during different seasons is by buying in-season produce. I love winter veggies because they're so hardy! Although I'm not a huge fan of pork, I do like a nice roasted pork tenderloin with some winter veggies.


A honey, balsamic, and rosemary glaze gives this hunk of pork a nice sweet yet savory taste all at once! The parsnips and carrots offer a good crunch with versatile flavors that pick up on the rosemary and garlic. The brussel sprouts go nicely with the balsamic and honey flavors.
