I don't know about you, but we have a lot of Taco Tuesdays at our house! So in order to not get bored with the classic it's important to change the type and style of tacos.
We enjoyed chipotle fish tacos this last week for our Taco Tuesday. I like how these tacos have protein and instead of traditional toppings, it has coleslaw made with the same chipotle sauce that's on the fish. The salsa I like to make in the summertime when I can grow my own ingredients, but this time I just bought a pico and threw it on top with some cilantro.
