That's right, you heard me, cookies for breakfast! But not just any cookies- healthy, delicious breakfast cookies!


Why Cookies for Breakfast?

You may be sitting there wondering what makes cookies for breakfast even remotely healthy, right? Well, there are several healthy and possible ingredients in these yummy breakfast cookies that are very good for you (if you're not allergic) including:

  • Bananas

  • Peanut butter

  • Honey

  • Oats

  • Dark chocolate

  • Craisins/raisins

  • Nuts

  • Protein Powder

  • Applesauce

  • Cinnamon

Another reason to eat cookies for breakfast, besides the fact that they're cookies, is because you can make a whole week's worth and meal prep them. If you need more of an incentive, just look at those bananas that are a little too ripe, sitting on your counter or tabletop, with the perfect texture for smashing and baking!
